1. Request

If you’re a new client, click Get Started on our website.
If you’re an existing client, select Client Login.

Once you create your profile and complete all required fields (including agreeing to our terms and conditions), we’ll contact you to schedule your free in-home meet & greet with your assigned sitter.

Please Note:
• New clients receive a 30-minute consultation with their primary sitter.
• Consultations must be booked at least 1 week in advance.
• Consultations booked with less than 1 week’s notice KYD $25 fee.

2. Prepare

Before your consultation, please visit our Forms Page and download all forms required for your service.
At the meet & greet, your sitter will collect:​

  • Signed Medication & Supplements Form (if applicable)

  • Two keys and/or access codes (1 for office, 1 for your sitter)

  • Payment (invoice will be provided after your approved schedule request)

3. Relax

Once everything is set, you can enjoy your time at work or away knowing your pets are cared for by our trusted, loving Happy Paws Cayman team.

 

No Job-Sharing Policy

For the safety of your pets and home, Happy Paws Cayman does not share pet-care -responsibilities with anyone outside our team this includes friends, family members, neighbors, or other pet-sitting companies.

This policy helps us ensure:
• Consistent and accurate care
• No missed feedings or double feedings
• No medication errors
• No confusion about who entered your home and when

As professional sitters, we are fully accountable for your pet’s well-being and the security of your home during your booking. For this reason, we can only provide services when our team is the sole caretaker during scheduled visits.

All Happy Paws Cayman sitters are background checked, and our company is licensed and insured, so you can feel confident that your pets and home are always in trusted hands.
