Responsibilities

Walk and care for pets of all sizes, keeping their safety and happiness first
Communicate professionally with clients and management via text, email, and phone
Keep client homes and pet areas clean and secure
Provide detailed visit notes for clients and management
Adapt to changing schedules and last-minute requests
Represent Happy Paws Cayman as the gold standard in in-home pet care

Requirements

Must love animals - dogs, cats, birds, and more! 🐶🐱
Valid driver’s license & reliable vehicle
Smartphone required
21+ years old
Available for long-term part-time work, including weekends, mornings, evenings, and holidays
Willing to complete our comprehensive hiring process (interviews, reference checks, personality test, and background check)
Caymanians, Caymanian Status Holders, and spouses of Caymanians need to apply

Credentials or prior experience with animals preferred but not required—we provide training for the right candidates!

Benefits

Pension, health, and vacation pay as per Cayman Islands Labour Law
Starting salary: $8.75 per hour
