Payment Policies

Deposits & Booking

  • A 50% deposit is required to reserve any booking.

  • The remaining 50% is due before the start of service, unless a package is purchased.

  • Packages require 100% payment upfront.

  • Due to the very high demand for our services, no exceptions can be made to our payment policies.

  • Services are NOT booked and availability CANNOT be guaranteed until payment is received according to our policies.

Accepted Payment Methods

Bank Deposit / Transfer

  • Cayman National Bank (Details provided per invoice)

Cash

  • KYD and USD = 0.82 KYD 

Check
  • All checks must be written to The Company Owner

Holiday Service Rates

  • + $15 added to each visit on holidays

  • + $25 added to each overnight on holidays

Holidays that incur the additional charge are at the sole discretion of Happy Paws Cayman.
In some cases, holiday rates may apply to the days before and after the holiday.
This additional fee ensures we can pay our team fairly and continue offering services 365 days a year.

Chihuahua Package

  • 10 walks (15 minutes each)

  • 5% discount

  • Valid 30 days from purchase date

Beagle Package

  • 20 walks (15 minutes each)

  • 5% discount

  • Valid 30 days from purchase date

Pug Package
  • 10 sits/walks

  • 5% discount

  • Valid 30 days from purchase date

Dalmatian Package
  • 20 sits/walks

  • 10% discount

  • Valid 60 days from purchase date

Great Dane Package
  • 30 sits/walks

  • 20% discount

  • Valid 90 days from purchase date

NO REFUNDS

All payments are non-refundable.
If you cancel after payment has been processed, you will receive credit to your Happy Paws Cayman account (minus any applicable cancellation fees).
Credits do not expire and remain valid for as long as Happy Paws Cayman is in business.
No refunds of any kind.
