How to Complete Your Pet Profile

**Please note that if you’re a new client you need to fill out our Get Started Form FIRST to get your username & password**

 

  1. Receive Happy Paws Cayman ‘Client Login Credentials’ email.

  2. Read all information and step by step guide.

  3. Note your username and temporary password.

  4. Select 1. Click Here to Login (Will redirect you to our client login page).

  5. Enter Username and Temporary password provided in email.

  6. Enter a new password (One which is secured and easy for you to remember).

  7. Return to Home by selecting “Home”.

  8. Select Profile and fill in all the necessary fields.

 

Please note that we need the following information to be completed on your client profile before the in-home consultation and future bookings:

- Accurate Home address (P.O Box & KY Needed)
- Pet Profile
- ALL Custom Pet Fields
- Home Information
- Vet Information
- Alarm System (if you have one)
- Emergency Contact (Minimum one on island contact, ideally someone with a key)
- ALL custom fields that applies to you
- Picture (if you have one with your pets).

How to Request Services
  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select “Request Visits”

  4. Select your start and end date. You may select one day or up to several weeks at a time depending on your needs.

  5. Select “Add a service”

  6. Select the service type from drop down menu.

**If buying a package you must mention in the notes section to receive the appropriate discount**

7. Select “Time of Day”

8. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

9. Press “Done”

10. If you would like to repeat this service select “Copy” and select “tomorrow” or “all days”

11. You may add and copy as many services as you would like to request.

12. Press “delete” to remove any unneeded visits.

13. Check your schedule and total and select “Next” (Total amount is an estimate and we will adjust when needed)

14. Check your schedule again and press “Submit”

 

You will receive notification from Happy Paws Cayman when your request is booked.

How to Request Overnight Services
  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select “Request Visits”

  4. Select your start and end date. You may select one day or up to several weeks at a time depending on your needs.

  5. Select “Add a service”

  6. Select the Overnight Stay services from drop down menu.                                                                        

  7. Press “Done”

  8. Select “Time of Day”

Select Accordingly: Overnight PM Visits: Overnight 1: 6:30pm-6:30am OR Overnight 2: 7:00pm-7:00am                                                                         OR Overnight 3: 7:30pm-7:30am

**If buying a package you must mention in the notes section to receive the appropriate discount**

10. Press “Done”

11. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

12. Press “Done”

13. Then add the Midday visit the following day. Select "Add a service"

**Be sure to select Overnight Stay w/ Midday**
14. Select “Time of Day”Midday 11:00am-3:00pm.

15. Press “Done”

16. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

17. Press "Done"

 

Example Below: I’m going away less than 7 nights and will select the Overnight Stay (1) and Overnight Stay w/ Midday (1).  I’m flying in the midday and won’t need the sitter to start till evening of August 1st and returning evening of August 4th so my last visit will be the midday of August 4th.

How to Request Almost Overnight Services
  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select “Request Visits”

  4. Select your start and end date. You may select one day or up to several weeks at a time depending on your needs.

  5. Select “Add a service”

  6. Select the Almost Overnight Stay PM services from drop down menu.                                                                        

  7. Press “Done”

  8. Select “Time of Day”

Select Accordingly: Almost Overnight PM Visits: Half Night 1: 5:30pm-8:30pm OR Half Night 2: 6:00pm-9:00pm       

 **If buying a package you must mention in the notes section to receive the appropriate discount**            

10. Press “Done”

11. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

12. Press “Done”

13. Then add the Almost Overnight AM visit the following day. Select "Add a service"

**Be sure to select Almost Overnight AM Visit**
14. Select “Time of Day” : Very Early AM 7:00am-9:00am OR Anytime AM 7:00am-11:00am

15. Press “Done”

16. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

17. Press "Done

How to Request Daily Dog Walking Services
  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select “Request Visits”

  4. Select your start and end date. You may select one day or up to several weeks at a time depending on your needs.

  5. Select “Add a service”

  6. Select the Dog Walk Service from drop down menu. (15 min, 30 min, 45 min, or 60 min)

 

Select Accordingly: Dog Walk 15 Min, Dog Walk 30 Min, Dog Walk 45 Min,  OR Dog Walk 60 Min                                                    **If buying a package you must mention in the notes section to receive the appropriate discount**

Packages: 10 Dog Walks (5% Off), 20 Dog Walks (10% Off) and 30 Dog Walks (20% Off)

 

7. Press “Done"

8. Select “Time of Day”

Select Accordingly: Dog walks can be selected from any of the timeslots from Early Bird 1 to Late. Choose which applies to you.

 

9. Press “Done”

10. Select “All Pets” or just the names of pets needing care.

11. Press “Done”

Example Below: I need walks from Monday to Friday midday November 9 – November 22, I would like to purchase a 10 dog walks package for 30 minute so I will select the 10 Walks Pack 30 Mins. I’m going to select the 10 days during my dates to have dog walks on. I’m off on weekends and will remove them from my schedule.

You’ll notice above shows the accurate price for our Pug 10 Walks 30 minutes Packages advertised on our website and that it is a total of 10 walks! Be sure it is the correct amount of walks for whichever package you choose. 

How to Cancel & Un-Cancel Services

How to Cancel Services

  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select the date range of which dates you’ll want to cancel.

  4. Then Once you’ve found the appropriate date(s)you’ll want to cancel, Select “Cancel”

  5. A window will open to ask this appointment only or all appointments for that day, select whichever option applies to you.

  6. Press “Cancel Appointment”

  7. Booking will now show up as “Cancellation Pending” until Happy Paws Cayman Management approves it

 

How to Un-cancel Services

 

  1. Select “Client Login” on right hand side of our website.

  2. Enter your Username and Password

  3. Once logged in select the date range of which dates you’ll want to un-cancel.

  4. Then Once you’ve found the appropriate date(s) you’ll want to un-cancel, Select “Uncancel”

  5. A window will open to ask to un-cancel this appointment only or all appointments for that day, select whichever option applies to you.

  6. Press “Un-cancel Appointment”

  7. Booking will now show up as “Change Pending” until Happy Paws Cayman Management approves it.
